e-Visa Information
To visit Uganda, you will need a visa unless you are from a visa-exempt country. The application process is done online through the Uganda Electronic Visa/Permit Application System.
Ugandan Visa Application Requirements:
- Cover letter detailing the purpose of the visit
- Invitation letter for the conference
- Return ticket
- Passport bio-data page (with validity of at least 6 months)
- Recent passport-size photograph
- Application fee – USD 50 (must be paid online prior to processing; payments are non-refundable and may be subject to a surcharge)
