Introducing ICAST for Mobile Devices

This webinar introduces new electronic versions of ISPCAN’s Child Abuse Screening Tools, or ICAST, which allow you to collect child abuse data directly on your phone or tablet and to customize the tools for your situation. Our speaker, Logn Stec Hyder, along with former ISPCAN Councilor Dr. Desmond Runyan, developed these templates with a software program called Epi Info, developed by the Centers for Disease Control in the U.S. Ms. Stec Hyder, a recent graduate of the Colorado School of Public Health, brought to this project a background in public health epidemiology, data management, and disease surveillance. In this webinar, she gives an overview of ICAST, Epi Info, and the ICAST templates, and then shows how they work in a live demonstration.
