EOI Form - Regional Congress

Thank you for your interest in hosting an ISPCAN Regional Congress!

This Expression of Interest (EOI) form is the first stage of the Host Selection Process for the Regional Congress.

Please complete the form with high-level information about your proposed destination and local partnerships.
Detailed guidance is provided in the ISPCAN Regional Congress RFP.

Submission of an EOI does not constitute a formal bid. Following review, selected applicants will be invited to a discussion with ISPCAN to further explore the proposal. At that stage, applicants will be asked to provide a high-level budget outline and additional details to support planning and feasibility.

A preview of the main questions is provided below, as the form must be completed in one session. Please allow approximately 30 minutes and ensure you have the necessary information prepared.
