      e-Visa Information

      To visit Uganda, you will need a visa unless you are from a visa-exempt country. The application process is done online through the Uganda Electronic Visa/Permit Application System.

      Ugandan Visa Application Requirements:

      • Cover letter detailing the purpose of the visit 
      • Invitation letter for the conference 
      • Return ticket 
      • Passport bio-data page (with validity of at least 6 months)
      • Recent passport-size photograph 
      • Application fee – USD 50 (must be paid online prior to processing; payments are non-refundable and may be subject to a surcharge)

      The African Rise Up Policy Forum is convened by ISPCAN and hosted in partnership with the Government of Uganda.  This event will also be developed in partnership with The Haruv Institute, regional partner organizations including ISPCAN’s African country partners AfriChild Center and Impact Innovations Center, members, practitioners and researchers, who will provide further technical expertise and support.
